ًWhy do we need our beauty sleep ?
sleeping is essential basically we can't function well if we don't sleep well and we can't look our best if we are suffering from lack of sleep .
It was prooven that animals that were deprived of sleep die within two to three weeks,almost the same length of time as if deprived of food. It's amazing how important it is to get that extra sleep . I'm not saying sleep all day I'm just saying sleep if you're body tells you it needs it !
So here ar some tips for sleeping well....
1. it's not a myth lettuce actually helps you get a goonight sleep! So why not make a yummy juice with some carrots and lettuce!
2.if you feel tierd during the dat but can't sleep !!that means you are over worked which means you are working tooooo hard !
3.If you are excercising and don't feel motivated after 10 minutes of excercise STOP that means you're body needs some rest so don't over train your body.
4.okay this will sound crazy to you but they say it works and helps you sleep in no time ! close your eyes and hold your tongue so it's not touching your cheeks or roof of your mouth as if you are yawning with your mouth close.
5.Drink herbal drinks that are soothing and calming,like camomile or honey and lemon .
